I read about this running goal 210 miles in 2010. At first I was like whoa that's a lot of miles and i'm new to running. But then I took a second and thought about it. There are 56 weeks in a year so really that's 3.75 miles a week. OK, I didn't just think about it I pulled out the calculator. I can totally do that! Since it is already February I need to subtract 4 weeks because I really have no idea how much I ran last month. Now i'm down to 52 weeks. Still it's doable. Just for the fun of it I looked to see how many miles a week I would need to run in order to complete 2010 miles this year. Over 38 miles a week...I think not! Perhaps if that included my spin time and running miles but that would just be too much counting for me. I am not a math person.
In other news, my mom and grandma are going to be here tomorrow! Very exciting to have so many visitors...must be the nice weather. That's a joke because as soon as they arrive it is supposed to rain for the next couple of days. Real nice Florida.
